FAQ
You can make an appointment by calling us, sending an e-mail or by leaving your details at: Make an appointment. We are available on working days between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Can't get a hold of us? Leave a voicemail or send us an e-mail and we will contact you the same working day.
You can move or cancel your appointment free of charge, keeping in mind you have informed us at least 24 hours in advance. This can be done by calling us, sending an e-mail or leaving a voicemail. Are you not doing this on time? Then we are unfortunately forced to charge the session to you. You cannot submit this invoice to the health insurer.
Do you want to know what amounts we use for this? Then look at our Pricing.
Physiotherapy is freely accessible. This means that in many cases you do not need a referral from your GP or medical specialist. You can therefore immediately make an appointment with one of our therapists.
A referral is required for certain complaints such as osteoarthritis, complaints after an accident or treatment at home.
Are you in doubt? Please contact us so that we can provide you with clarity.
Physiotherapy is reimbursed by your health insurance if you have taken out a supplementary package.
Only in the case of a complaint that appears on the Chronic List for Physiotherapy the reimbursement will come from the basic insurance from the 21st session. In that case, you will first be addressed at your own risk. Treatments 1 to 20 will then be reimbursed from the supplementary insurance or are at your own expense.
The number of treatments that are reimbursed from your supplementary insurance depends on which package you have chosen. You can always check this yourself with your health insurance just to be sure.
For Manual Therapy, usually only a maximum of 9 treatments are reimbursed from your supplementary insurance.
Are you under 18? In that case, a maximum of 18 sessions will be reimbursed from the basic insurance.
Our practice has contracts with all health insurers.
Physiotherapy is reimbursed from the supplementary insurance; the number of treatments that are reimbursed depends on the package you have chosen.
If you are not or insufficiently insured for physiotherapy and/or remedial therapy, the rates on this page apply.
There is no deductible for regular physiotherapy, manual therapy and remedial therapy. Are you in a chronic treatment process? Then from the 21st appointment, you will be charged to your deductible.
To be eligible for a chronic authorization, your complaint must be mentioned on the Chronic List for Physiotherapy. This list includes conditions such as a stroke, MS, rehabilitation after operations, etc. If your condition is on this list, you are probably entitled to a chronic authorization.
Are you not sure whether your complaint qualifies for a chronic authorization? Please contact us.
We request that you bring your proof of identity (ID, passport or driver's license) and (if necessary) a referral letter from your GP or medical specialist to your 1st appointment.
If you have received an invoice for a treatment, there can be several reasons for this:
• The allowance for this year has already been used. Also take into account treatments with other therapists. For example, have you already been to another practice? Cesar/Mensendieck therapy is also covered by the Physiotherapy reimbursement.
• The health insurer's bill has not been paid. As a result, the health insurer may have withdrawn your supplementary insurance.
• You have a shortfall to pay for the first 20 treatments before the chronic authorization can be applied for.
• The treatment will be deducted from your deductible. This happens with treatments under the basic insurance (including chronic authorization or, for example, osteoarthritis).
Is your reason not listed here, or is there still a lack of clarity about the invoice? Please contact your health insurer or us. Together we can then see what the reason could be.
Also keep in mind that we always plan and charge for an intake + examination and a treatment for a 1st appointment. Such a 1st appointment therefore also takes longer than a normal treatment. We do this to be able to help you as GOED as possible.
The system we work with remains an electronic system, in which something sometimes goes wrong. Always let us know if you have not received a confirmation or reminder. We can then immediately find out what the problem is and most likely solve it immediately.
During a 1st appointment, we choose to immediately carry out a treatment in addition to the intake + examination. As a result, the 1st appointment takes longer and two sessions will be charged to your insurer (or to yourself, if you are not supplementary insured). A first appointment then takes about 40-50 minutes. A regular treatment takes 20-25 minutes.
It is possible that a few places become available at the last minute, so an intake will take 20-25 minutes. A separate appointment for a treatment will then have to be made.
Opening hours may vary per practice location. Different opening hours also apply for FysioFit than for Physiotherapy.
Some of our practices are also open in the evenings or on Saturdays.
Check our locations page for current opening times.
Do you want to go to a different location because it is close to your work, for example? That is of course possible. Our therapists work in multiple locations, so you may not even have to switch therapists. Just contact us or discuss it with your therapist.
In certain cases (part of) the treatment can take place at home, for example when you have had a new hip or knee. We do need a referral from your GP for this.
Do you have a question about physiotherapy at home? Please contact us, we will be happy to help you.
Fysiotherapie GOED applies a number of house rules in all practices to guarantee quality and safety for you and the other patients and therapists.
All house rules can be found here.
All therapists of Fysiotherapie GOED meet the quality requirements set by the SKF (Stichting Keurmerk Fysiotherapie) and KNGF (Royal Dutch Association for Physiotherapy) and are registered in the Quality Register of the SKF.
Are you not satisfied with the treatment received? Or about the way you were treated? Then discuss this with your therapist or contact our reception. We will then do our utmost to solve this for you as best as possible.
We do this for you, for other patients and to keep the quality of our practice as high as possible.
We would like to receive complaints, ideas or improvement tips via: administration@fysiotherapiegoed.nl.
We are also affiliated with the complaints procedure of the SKF (Stichting Keurmerk Fysiotherapie).
If you have made a 1st appointment, by telephone or via our Make an appointment page, you will receive from us:
1. An email sent to confirm the appointment;
2. A separate email with the login codes for our online questionnaire.
This will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
This questionnaire is intended to prepare you for your 1st appointment. The data ends up directly in your own file. With this you help us to immediately gain a good insight into your complaint or request for help and we can therefore devote more time and attention to your complaint during the 1st appointment.
